Our Technology is based upon Advanced Thermal Decomposition, which can change waste rubber & plastic into valuable items such as Syngas, Pyrolysis fuel Oil, Pyrolysis Carbon Black “PCB”& Reclaimed Metal. Although using Pyrolysis Technology to recycling waste such as Tyre and Plastic into Reusable Energy is undeniable the best solution today, unfortunately, many batch type pyrolysis plants have not been successful in India, even in the recent years due to over-heating problem & poor equipment Designing. After years of research and development, PyroSyn has resolved this major setback by designing a innovative Semi Continuous Pyrolysis System which works on Advance Thermal Decomposition Technology. Our pyrolysis machine XF-8-Y-II (with indirect heating system) operates on low temperature, ranging from about 200 to 420°C, providing an environmental friendly zero-waste and zero-emission recycling process.
